New Investigations on the Phylgreen range in collaboration with Queen’s University

The prestigious Queen’s University (Belfast, North Ireland) has recently finished the first phase of a new study on the Phylgreen range, specifically on the performance of the extract of the seaweed Ascophyllum nodosum against abiotic stress in plants. This study was made possible thanks to the close collaboration of Dr. F. Liu, Dr. C. Fleming, and Dr. T. Fleming from Queen’s University, together with our R&D Department.

Committed to the development of a more productive, ecological and sustainable agriculture, at Tradecorp we work hand in hand with different scientific entities in order to develop products of the highest quality. With the results of these investigations, Tradecorp is able to better understand the effects that the Ascophyllum nodosum extracts have on crops, including physiological and morphological, metabolic, or even regulatory responses of different genes, against abiotic stress…

Ascophyllum nodosum, the seaweed from which the Phylgreen range extract is obtained, is a bio-stimulant that brings innumerable advantages and possibilities of use, and for that reason it forms part of one of the great pillars in the portfolio of the bio-stimulants of Tradecorp.
