Sapec Agro Business announces the acquisition of French company SDP, through its subsidiary Tradecorp.
This month, Tradecorp has strengthened its biological portfolio through the purchase of IDAI NATURE, a leading Spanish company in the “Zero Residues” market. Tradecorp – Trade Corporation International – operates in the Specialised Nutrition sector and belongs to the Sapec Agro Business Group, which was acquired by Bridgepoint in January 2017.
On November 6th the company closed an agreement for the sale of the Agro Business of Sapec to the investment fund Bridgepoint, which evaluated the deal at 456 million euros. The Agro Business of Sapec is 100% held by Sapec Portugal SGPS S.A. and comprises the companies Sapec Agro S.A. and Trade Corporation International S.A.
