Tradecorp meets the CLP’s June 2015 deadline

Since 1st June 2015 all Tradecorp packaging and safety data sheets contain the applicable pictograms, signal words, hazard statements and precautionary statements for each product. Great efforts to review and re-classify all Tradecorp’s existing products according to the new CLP standards have been made during the past months.

About CLP

The European Regulation on Classification, Labelling and Packaging of chemicals (CLP) requires products to be classified, labelled and packaged appropriately before they are placed on the market. The objectives of this regulation are protecting human health and the environment, and ensuring an adequate risk management of hazardous products across the European Union.

1st June 2015 was the deadline by which EU manufacturers, distributors, and importers must reclassify their products and update all labels and safety data sheets to the new CLP rules.
